Introduction to Ukulele (6-Week Course):

The ukulele is approachable and engaging and the must-have instrument of the 21st century. You should join the fun. No previous musical experience necessary. In six weeks, you’ll learn to read standard sheet music and tablature, harmonize using chords, create fascinating chord-melody arrangements, tackle arpeggios, understand a bit of music theory, and play solo and ensemble pieces. We’ll explore tips for buying, tuning and maintaining your ukulele. You will need a playable ukulele, a three-ring binder, and a pencil. The textbook for class is $10 payable to the instructor on the first day of class. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
