INTRODUCTION TO UKULELE SIX-WEEK SERIES
The uke is an engaging, fun and easy to pick up instrument. Learn to read standard sheet music and tablature, harmonize using chords, and understand a little music theory. Learn to play songs and write your own compositions. We’ll explore tips for buying, tuning and maintaining your ukulele. You will need a playable ukulele and practice time at home. Children under 13 should be accompanied by an adult. No previous musical experience necessary. A one-time fee of $10 payable to the instructor on the first day of class for textbook is required.
